I have been asked to remind you that the clocks change the night before the walk. We 'spring,' forward, so lose an hour, so don't forget to change your clocks or you'll miss it!
We are getting quite a few enquiries and we are getting excited now. One couple are coming from Hastings with their rescue Stafford. Another, more local lady with a pedigree dog who had no idea of the problems facing the breed at the moment. How wonderful we can all join together and share experiences and opinions.
Sam Keen came and did some more training with Chance and Boycie on Monday.
Chance has now learnt 'Down,' he is such a clever boy, very quick to learn.
Boycie gives a lovely paw, we are also working on ways to stop him getting too wound up.
We have had two people in the past week contact us about re-homing their dog only to find both adopted them from Battersea. We direct them back to Battersea but it is very depressing.
