I opened Gareth's comment (see comment Monty's blog Saturday 30th June) expecting the usual wit to make me smile, instead this! How utterly wretched! Well done you Gareth for standing your ground, but that poor little dog what chance does she have? And what chance do we have of changing perceptions when this is what the public see!

Well, for once and at last ... I have some good news. Tomorrow Boycie is going to a foster home!
It is just over the hill from me about ten minutes away with a young man called Ben Charman and his sister.
Ben works from home and his sister is working just five minutes away, both have experience of Staffies.
Ben came on our first Stafford Walk and has persistently offered help ever since! He had not considered fostering but I explained that was the best way of helping.
If all goes well they would like to adopt him.

Now THAT is good news.
