26th October Day 13:

Pick Bullseye up from kennels and take him to the vets for his first vaccinnation. Concerned he may have kennel cough so leave other dogs at home which they find stressful as they are used to coming with me.

Bullseye is very friendly and good, though not happy in the car and whines during the journeys. He is thin and his coat dull. Can't wait to get him out of kennels but will have to leave it another week because of kc and lack of space.

He is good at vets and is described by the vet as a bit of a charmer! He is vaccinnated, wormed and treated with Promeris Duo for his skin. Then booked in to be neutered next Tuesday, Apparently he has an undescended testicle so that will make things interesting! Then he had a long walk on a long line. He was good on walk unfazed by horses and cows and staying close. His recall seemed good but I nearly lost him when we came across a deer. Fortunately there was a stock fence in his way!

Then back to kennels for now, always hard, but they are very fond of him there and not too much longer now.
